Beef Noodles

牛肉麵 (niurou main)

  1. Ginger, garlic, scallion chopped, crashed and sectioned.

  2. Two pounds of pot roast beef. Cut into cubes.

  3. 2 TB garlicky chili pepper, or more.

  4. 10 TB soy sauce or more.

  5. 4 TB sesame oil

  6. Two cups of water or more.

Prepare all the ingredients before heating the cooking pot with the sesame oil.

Stirfried garlic, ginger, scallion first, add meat, add chili sauce and soy sauce; when the meat is browned, add water to it. When it's boiling, turn down the heat and put the lid on for an hour or until tender. Check the flavor, stir the pot from time to time. Make some noodles to add to the soup.
