Black Bean Tofu
I cake of tofu, cubed
2 TBS of soy sauce
2 TBS of black bean garlic sauce
1 TBS of corn starch mix with 3 TBS of cold water
Fry dofu with 2 TBS of oil, add soy sauce, bean sauce, mix it up. Cook for 5 minutes. When it's still boiling, stir in corn starch mix and mix it up until the dofu is thickened.
