Qabalistic Cross

• Eheieh - vibrate this from as high up as U can, ideally above your head, but could just be in your crown, drawing energy from heaven
• Malkuth - vibrate this from as low as U can, drawing energy from the earth, I try to at least feel this in my feet and groin
• ve-gaburah, middle register / chest
• ve-gadulah, middle register / chest
• le-olam, from the heart
• IAO, ascending as the hands move up, descending as the hands open wide
